Considering the weather during the summer of 2003, the brief rain shower that held off until nearly the end of the outing was not a problem. The 87 golfers who participated in this year's outing played some great golf and had a wonderful time, while raising more than $6,300 for the Athletes' Sports Fund. After the golf portion of the outing, the golfers were treated to a steak dinner, catered by Southside Grill of Greensburg. After dinner, each golfer was presented with a prize awarded through a drawing. The athletes of Special Olympics Westmoreland
