The athletes and coaches walk in the annual "March For
Parks", a fund raiser held by Westmoreland County Parks and Recreations.
All of the funds raised go to the Westmoreland County Parks and
Recreations Fund in the Community Foundation of Westmoreland County and
will be used to help Keep Westmoreland County Green!

For the first three years, TEAM Special Olympics took first place as the
top fundraising team. In 2006, we captured fifth place; however,
we raised our highest total ever.
Amount raised each year:
2003 $
551.00
2004 $1,100.00
2005 $1,107.00
2006 $1,329.00
Our four year total raised for the March For Parks is $4,087.00.
