Special Olympics-Westmoreland County Tear Up the Course Golf Outing Special Olympics-Westmoreland County is holding the 5th Annual Tear Up The Course Golf Outing on August 12, 2004 at Mt. Odin Golf Course in Greensburg. Area businesses are encouraged to share in the event by becoming a sponsor. Through sponsorship, you can show your support for the county program and over 800 athletes who train and compete year-round. Sponsorship can be done in any of six ways:

l Event Sponsor l Golfers Sponsor l Half Way House Co-Sponsor

l Tee/Hole Sponsor l Special Competition Sponsor l Prize Sponsor

l Event Sponsors will have a sign posted at the clubhouse and at the pavilion during dinner.

l Golfer Sponsors can sponsor a foursome to participate.

l Half Way House Co-Sponsors will have a sign placed at the Half-Way House Pavilion.

l Tee/Hole Sponsors will have a sign placed at the Tee or Green.

l Special Competition Sponsors will be assigned to specific competitions during the event, such as Longest Drive, and will signs placed at the appropriate hole.

l Prize Sponsors will have their name printed on the prize presentation envelope.

All sponsors will be given credit on our web-site and will receive a certificate of appreciation in addition to a listing in the outing brochure.		Special Olympics Westmoreland County is the seventh largest single county and ninth largest overall program in Pennsylvania. For more than 30 years, Special Olympics Westmoreland County has provided year-round sports training and competition for individuals with mental retardation

Simply complete the Sponsorship Form and mail it to the address listed. If the sponsorship is in the form of a prize, a representative of Special Olympics will arrange to pick up the prize prior to the event.
